Aswini Bajaj held a workshop on Finance for non-finance for a team which I happened to attend. Young ,dynamic and pulsating with an ' infectious' passion for Finance and markets, he effortlessly rubs it on to people around him.

I have seen many achievers but not an overachiever like Aswini Bajaj. Focused, driven, passionate, enthusiastic and ambitious are words which fall short to describe Aswini Sir. It's been almost a month since I am attending aswini sir's class. His teaching methods and explanation is so enthralling and helpful . He is really professional as a a teacher and with his course in hand he explains the theories so well and in an adaptable manner that it is really relatable. He has high endurance and patience level during his classes. He is a mentor who will guide you in all your career decisions and motivates to work hard .

One of the best mentor I've come across. Have taken online CFA L2 classes from him. He teaches in a way that makes complicated concepts really easy to grasp by simplifying them so students understand, also by giving many real life situations where they can be applied so the concepts stick with you. He walked into the room and everyone in the room was spellbound when they saw the amount of knowledge he holds. It was in year 2014 when I saw him for the first time. In the year 2017, I decided to pursue CFA and the moment I thought about it, the first name which striked my mind was ‘Aswini Bajaj.’ I went to him to talk regarding the course and the content and was again impressed by the way he explained me everything. I had decided that I will be pursuing CFA under the guidance of Aswini Sir. After two or three months I asked him whether he can keep me as his intern and he instantly said Yes. Although I had no knowledge about the work, he still agreed to keep me as his intern. That day I realized that he just does not believe in self development but wants people associated with him to also grow and evolve. Although I made mistake and still do, he never shouts or gets angry. Instead he always helps me and others to learn new things and helps us in solving the issues. He believes in “Don’t find a fault, find a remedy.” I still have a lot to learn from him but whatever he has taught me is a life lesson for me. He has not just given me educational guidance but also how to see life and how to be happy. He has taught me that you don’t need anybody to be happy. Happiness lies within you. Exhilarating! Very few people preach their teachings. Sir is one such person. I have been a student of yours since 2018. I took the CFA L3 exam in May 2022 and have passed the exam( was scheduled to take it in Jun 2020 but due to covid it got delayed time and again). This could only be possible because of you and your entire team which is absolutely fantastic. You are really a great mentor. I mean nobody can influence me easily. But after taking classes of CFA from you. I started reading books now which I was planning for so long but was not able to do so. I was extra vagrant I use to spend ridiculously but now | am quite stable. I understood the importance of education you just changed my perspective towards education.

I had been your virtual student since more than 8 months. | might not even know me but | have to let you know how much effect your teaching has had over me. | undertook your CFA level 1 lectures and | experienced best learning of my life. | watched all your lectures with utmost sincerity and attention and | have learnt so so much. This might be a little long message. l am a CA working in the corporate world for six years across multiple roles. Had cleared my CFA L2 way back in 2015. (Ca cLeared Nov 2015). Had not taken any tuition till L2. I did appear for CFA L3 once during the corporate journey but did not enjoy studying. Also studying was difficult in the sense there was work pressure and | was relatively more inclined towards office work.. Also as | was not working in the investment industry..yeh bhi tha ki not exactly relevant in current career path.. And | did not clear my first attempt in CFA L3. I would not say course was difficult.. but perhaps my ways of studying were not aligned to what was needed. l again started preparing for L3 due in 2020. And | was again not enjoying studying.. As | felt that | knew the fundamentals. | understood the logic..but ab jab yeh aata hai sab.. toh exam perspective se padhne ka motivation nai lag raha tha. But COVID came and exams were postponed. Same time | decided that khd se karne ki jagah tution lelete hai.. atleast jab din bhar office ka kaam karke | will sit to relax. can study. And | was pleasantly surprised when | took your classes. Even tjgh | had studied the subject before.. your classes added a different dimension to the understanding. Also as | used to do the classes on phone..i simple used to walk and watch the lectures on terrace.. some physical activity after a day's work..at the same time studies also happening. I think a large part of the success at L3 goes to you. And hence this message. Thanks again.
