All contractual relationships and service agreements are executed by Leveraged Growth Private Limited, while all educational content and related invoicing are issued exclusively by Maruti Vidya Consulting. Leveraged Growth Private Limited operates as the official support and service provider to Maruti Vidya Consulting and assumes full accountability for all operational and service delivery activities.

Access to Course Content and Refund Policy

Upon registration for our courses, you will gain access to recorded lectures for the respective exam term. This access is valid from the date of registration until the exam term selected during the registration process.

Live classes, where applicable, are conducted in accordance with the released syllabus and ongoing batch schedules, and may cover only specific portions of the curriculum. Complete course content and remaining lectures will be made available in recorded format on the app.

Our Refund Policy is subject to conditions, and once access is granted, refunds for certain courses will follow this policy.

Cancellation of Classes

Any attempt to sell, misuse, or distribute the lectures without authorization will result in the immediate termination of access privileges. Your user ID will be blocked, and legal action, including notification to authorities such as the CFA/FRM Institute or other regulatory bodies, will be taken. These actions will be treated as criminal offenses and copyright violations, and legal cases will be filed under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aswini Bajaj & Leveraged Growth Pvt. Ltd. from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from such misuse.

Technology Requirements

Users are provided with one-device access only and must ensure that their devices meet the minimum system requirements:

• In-App Downloads: Download lectures directly in our App for offline viewing.

• Multiple Monitors/Screens are not compatible with the software
• Multiple Devicesare not compatible with the software
• Devices banned by OS companies (e.g., Microsoft, Google, Apple) or OS Linux (e.g., Ubuntu) are not supported

Users must stay updated with technology to maintain compatibility. Aswini Bajaj Classes/Leveraged Growth reserves the right to update software as needed for compliance with third-party OS updates.

Device and Application Compatibility

Certain devices may not support background applications, which may impact continuous access to content. Specifically, due to iOS system limitations and security protocols, running this software may temporarily suspend background apps or services.

Extensions

Extensions for course validity may be granted in exceptional cases, subject to approval. Users must provide valid registration proof and reasons for requesting extensions. Courses purchased more than three years ago may not be eligible for extensions.

Server Downtime and Technical Issues

Aswini Bajaj Classes/Leveraged Growth makes reasonable efforts to ensure that our website, app, and services remain available at all times. However, there may be instances where the platform becomes temporarily unavailable due to server downtime, system maintenance, or other technical issues beyond our control. We cannot be held liable for any interruptions in access during this period.

Content Changes and Website Discontinuation

Aswini Bajaj Classes/Leveraged Growth reserves the right to modify, suspend access to, or remove content at any time. Courses come with a 14-day refund policy (depending on the course). No refunds will be granted after this period.

Materials

In case of a printing or packaging error, notify us immediately. For delivery issues, record the unboxing process within 48 hours.

Pathway Selection for CFA Level 3

Pathway changes after selection will incur additional charges. No refunds will be provided for the initial pathway.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Indemnification
